What helps us quote accurately
- How many documents and how many signatures need notarizing
- How many signers, and whether everyone has current photo ID
- Where you are – an address or at least a ZIP code
- When you need it, including “as soon as possible”
- For an apostille, which country the document is going to. This changes the whole process.
- For a loan signing, the escrow or file number and whether scan-backs are needed
Our hours
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including most public holidays. Apostille submissions can only be processed on business days, because that is when the Secretary of State's office is open.
